In our inaugural episode, we discuss the classic 1964 James Bond movie Goldfinger and it’s impact on the genre.
Note: You may notice the audio is a little odd in places. During editing, we discovered one section had persistent clicking that rendered it completely unusable. Apparently if your laptop tries to update something in the background while recording, bad things happen. We were originally going to just jettison that segment, but the nice folks at the Audacity forums directed us to ClickRepair.net. They make a click removal package that took the audio from heavily damaged and unusable to only slightly odd sounding.

It is ironic that you dismissed the urban legend about kids jumping off the roof to act like Superman, as you yourself were buying into an urban legend:
